General Meeting of Shareholders – 25/03/2020

Closed Joint Stock Company “Zepter Bank”, located at the address: 220034 Minsk, 1 B Platonov Str. reports that in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board the next annual General Meeting of Shareholders is to be held in presentia on March 25, 2020.

The agenda of the next General Meeting of Shareholders includes the following issues:
1) On the results of activities of CJSC “Zepter Bank” in 2019 year.
2) On the results of self-assessment of the performance of the Supervisory Board, its members, as well as evaluation of internal performance of the Executive body of the Bank.
3) On the approval of the report of the Revision Committee of CJSC “Zepter Bank” for 2019 year.
4) On the results of an external auditor checking of CJSC “Zepter Bank” for 2019 year.
5) On the approval of annual financial reports of CJSC “Zepter Bank” for 2019 year.
6) On redistribution of the resources between the funds of the CJSC “Zepter Bank”.
7) On the election of the members of the Supervisory Board of the CJSC “Zepter Bank”.
8) On the election of the members of the Revision Commission of the
CJSC “Zepter Bank”.
9) On determination of remunerations and compensations of costs to the members of the Revision Commission of the CJSC “Zepter Bank” for performance of their duties in 2020.
10) On the compensation of the costs to the members of the Supervisory Board of the CJSC “Zepter Bank” and payments for voluntary medical insurance services in relation to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the
CJSC “Zepter Bank”.
11) On the compensation of documentary unconfirmed costs in relation to maintenance of foreign delegations and separate persons.
12) On approval of a draft amendment №3 to the REGULATION on the Supervisory Board of CJSC “Zepter Bank”.
