Securing the performance of the borrower's obligations

The Bank grants loans only under collateral securing the performance of obligations.

The ways of securing the Borrower's obligations under the loan agreements are as follows:

•     Pledge;

•     Personal guarantee;

•     Guarantee;

•     Insurance by the lender of the risk of non-repayment of the loan;

•     Security deposit of money;

•     Transfer of legal title to the lender (to property and other rights);

•     Other methods stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus or the agreement.

It is possible to use several methods of securing obligations at the same time.
